all inclusive packagebeach cleanliness
I had some issues . the all-inclusive package had limitations, annoying. i felt i always had to ask before ordering. the beach cleanliness needs improvement, i noticed plastic debris around. It seemed like no one cared. staff weren't consistently friendly either, a smile wouldn't hurt.
I loved the overwater villa! The bed was excellent and the shower was great. The staff accommodated our needs very well, even letting us eat lunch after our package time ended. The food variety was excellent. It enhanced the whole experience for me.

The resort's location is amazing and the scenery is wonderful. The snorkelling was excellent, I was very impressed. The resort organizes daily activities. I enjoyed the live music very much.
I stayed in an overwater villa. It had an awesome deck that looked out over the sea. Staff are very friendly. They were helpful even during the storm on New Year's Eve. They still managed to put on a great event. Food was excellent and restaurants were fantastic.
The beach towel had several marks. It took me 15 minutes to find someone who could give me a clean one.

The island is beautiful with a coral reef right next to it. The capital is not far away. I easily explored various sites. The resort is not far from the airport , made transfers easy.

The app made managing bookings easy. I found it acceptable.
The room AC did not give much cool air. Sleeping was not comfy because of it. The dead leaves along the pathway are many. I believe they should be removed regularly.

The food was heavenly, especially the thai restaurant suan bua. Their coconut ice cream is awesome. i loved ozzy. Feeding this lovely bird added so much joy. the overwater villa with the all-inclusive option ensured that i woke up to a magical view every single day.
some dead leaves along the pathway weren't removed regularly enough.
